Spaces for Joy: How Color and Lighting Can Capture Buyers
Thursday, December 10 at 2:00 pm EST
Feeling blue when all the walls are gray-eige? Outdated finishes and (lack of thoughtful) lighting casting dark shadows on your home sales? You’re not alone!
Learn to lift a home’s mood — and bring joy to your buyers — in the first of its kind Design Bite. In fifteen minutes, the time it takes to enjoy your morning coffee or brush your teeth 7 ½ times, two award-winning industry pros will fast-talk you through the color and lighting must-dos and must-haves in every home to create memorable spaces for joy. You’ll also get a peek the latest color trends and popular palettes for the year ahead. Thoughtfully executed, these color and lighting strategies will be the difference maker between your offerings and your competition’s. In only fifteen minutes of focus, your homes will be looking fab.
