This Villas are a gated community on an exclusive golf course, featuring a refined Spanish architectural style. The development took the opportunity to transform an older, underutilized amenity area by building 80 luxury villas—spanning five buildings—with fairway views. Details include smooth white stucco, red tile roof and archways, with sleek, simple ironwork to give the exterior a more modern touch.

Seven floor plans ranging from 1,633 to 3,569 square feet, achieving a net density of 14.5 per acre, are available. Every plan includes a defined entry, chef-inspired kitchens, expansive great rooms and spacious patios/decks, as well as a private two-car garage. Thoughtful plan-specific spaces include tucked-away tech spaces and pocket offices, bar area and multigenerational areas with separate entrances.

Plans 1 and 2 are on the ground level and enjoy direct access; Plans 3 through 6 are spread across the three upper floors and have elevator access.

From the Judges
These are interesting exteriors, with a nice balance of scale and in how they break down as they approach the street to a more pedestrian scale. The garages underneath the villas are well executed. Inside, there are good details, such as the cabinetry and the ceiling.
