The Piazza

An anchor in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia, The Piazza changed hands from Kushner Companies to Post Brothers in 2016. Since then, it has undergone a complete transformation into 316 residential units, divided across multiple buildings: Navona, Liberties Walk, Erbe, and Montesino. Post revived both the complex and the neighborhood, creating connectivity through public spaces and walkways.

During Post’s gut renovation, these apartments were each boldly imagined with efficient layouts and various coveted design features — Brazilian oak hardwood floors, quartz countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, integrated lighting, private balconies, exposed beams and brick, and authentic, natural textures — all existing under the aesthetic of a traditional urban experience without sacrificing any modern amenities.
