Lilia is the first Class-A rental high-rise built in Waikiki in more than 20 years, and comprises a thoughtful collection of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with more than 40,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail, including a full-service grocery store.
Named after Queen Emma of Hawaii’s favorite flower, Lilia was designed to embrace and reflect the beauty of Oahu. Drawing inspiration from its unique island locale, Lilia exudes an air of refined hospitality that artfully captures the graciousness of the aloha spirit.
From the amenity deck to the lush tropical courtyard garden that takes its inspiration from the 100-year-old banyan tree original to the site, every detail was designed to represent a specific sense of place and pay homage its Hawaiian roots.
