King Street Station is a transformation—recovering brownfields and revitalizing a walkable neighborhood—a true example of changing the land use and executing on a vision for a vibrant community.

The site was previously home to a train depot, foundry, auto repair, battery warehouse retail shop, and millwork shop. Not only was there some amount of site soil remediation required, but the entire site had to be built up out of the floodplain, and the Town Branch stream re-routed underneath the portion of the site where the pavilion structure would be built. The site is situated along the Town Branch and W&OD Trail, and marks the entry to downtown Historic Leesburg.

The community consists of four boutique condominium buildings with a central elevator, consisting of 16 residences per building, four residences per floor, all corner units on floors two, three, and four. There is also a commercial building, occupied by GooseCup Craft Cocktails and Coffee Shop, with co-working space upstairs, as well as a a notable pavilion.
