Kindred House

The hillside location informed the planning and design of this project at all levels, with an emphasis placed on connection to the environment and space for community interaction. The clubhouse features modern farmhouse-style, accentuated by exterior stone veneer, standing-seam metal roofing, and board and batten siding, and is the heart of the community. At 4,500 square feet, interiors include vaulted ceilings that feature exposed beams, concrete and stone floors, reclaimed wood accents, and a neutral color palette. The form of the building creates outdoor zones of activity where the community can gather and interact.
