Inspired by nature, Bexley is a 1,825-acre community nestled among cypress domes, oak hammocks, and pine flatwoods that features wildlife preserves and significant conservation areas. The planning and design objectives were to offer residents a myriad of opportunities for recreation, exercise, and social entertainment and connection. This master-planned community preserved existing streams and wetlands and maximized the natural environment as its defining character. Bexley has a diverse residential character, with a variety of architecture designs that are inspired by the rural tradition and history of the region.
