Hillsboro Mile Modern Home Bar

The intent was to create a space that functions as a full bar and is also fully accessible to the clubroom and office, as the ultimate entertaining space. It serves as a united gathering space, while still enjoying the ocean view through the clubroom. In keeping with the modern aesthetic of the home, the clean lines of the cabinetry and slat details are complemented by the warm mix of wood tones and textures. The bar maintains an open flow from space to space, while still having its own unique personality and unique features that set it apart. The floating, living-edge bar counter, which is suspended from the ceiling by bronze posts, is the focal point of the space. The suspended surface is flanked by the asymmetrical wood slat detail and a gorgeous onyx countertop at the wet bar.
