This Santa Barbara modern home has broad appeal for its classic, yet refreshing, style. The open floor plan appeals to the growing affluent family by inviting togetherness as well as designated activities.

The 1-acre lot, replete with established lush hardwoods and ornamental trees, required meticulous attention to site planning in order to preserve 90% of vegetation while maximizing impervious cover and lifestyle amenities.

From the Judges
The home successfully pulls off its architectural style and has great outdoor spaces, but still keeps vibe of style. There’s a nice blend of contemporary and traditional, and some notable features, such as the glass from kitchen to outdoor dining for a cool indoor/outdoor connection and the double islands in the outdoor kitchen.
