The Adventurer was designed to fit the lifestyle of someone who loves the outdoors and loves to entertain. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all oriented around two glass walls that open to a large deck to connect indoor and outdoor spaces as one room.
On the other side of the large deck is the home office with floor-to-ceiling windows and tall ceilings to keep the work space open and inspiring. An optional bathroom and closet can be added to the office space to create a ground-floor bedroom, which allows for comfortable multigenerational living. The owners’ suite has vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a private deck that is designed to support a hot tub.
Responding to the boom in online shopping, the design team included a parcel locker door at the front door. This provides a place for online orders to be delivered to a secure space: the coat closet.
