It can take ten years to design and build a home, but only ten seconds to make a positive (or negative) impression on a buyer. This Design Bite covers the most important details in triggering a positive buyer response. Learn how design details can be your differential in making the sale and how different approaches to the design/build/sale process can cater to different buyer needs. You’ll also learn about the key areas of focus in a plan and elevation for a potential buyer, positioning your homes to feel great on a walkthrough, and live even better.
