Now in its 36th year, BALA recognizes outstanding achievement by builders and design professionals in all sectors of the residential housing industry including single-family production, custom, multifamily, affordable, remodeling, community and interiors. BALA is built on the principle that all great homes start with great design, no matter cost or size.
“The BALA winners have always shown that they are at the forefront of original design, and this year is no different,” said Don Ruthroff, Principal at Dahlin Group Architecture Planning, NAHB’s 2019 Judging Chair and 2019 Best in American Living Awards Subcommittee Chair. “We are proud to have a long history of honoring those who set the bar high with their ingenuity.”
The 2019 award winners were formally announced on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 during the annual NAHB International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.
