Waterside Place at Lakewood Ranch

Waterside Place is a mixed-use residential, retail, office and entertainment town center for the new village of Waterside within the 33,000-acre master planned community of Lakewood Ranch, Fla. The 5,036-acre town center comprises 884 units of multifamily residential, 67,009 square feet of retail and restaurant, and 50,000 square feet of office. Waterside Place is connected by trails and a water taxi to a broad mix of residential neighborhoods comprising 4,000-plus units that serve the workforce, seniors, move-up families and luxury buyers.

A large 8-acre park is connected to the town center by a foot bridge. Because of its lakefront setting, architectural design and intimate, as well as vibrant, gathering spaces, Waterside Place has quickly become a regional destination.
