Within a scenic community sits this home, nestles amongst other houses to create a smaller neighborhood feel. The home’s frontage is accentuated with an inviting porch, creating a welcoming feel on approach. This home blurs the lines between the indoors and outdoors. An impressive corner-opening sliding glass door removes the walls on two sides of the dining and great room; opening onto a central outdoor court, it doubles the size of the space.

The central court is the hub of the home, with the primary suite on one side and the great room on the other. The court allows for an abundance of natural light to flood into the home, creating a bright living environment. The farmhouse façade reflects the origins of the site, once a working farm.

From the Judges
The way this house orients itself to the backyard makes the space feel gigantic. It feels like the house was designed to fit on the lot versus a standard production home. Great cohesive floor plan.
