Aria at Willowick Park

Aria at Willowick Park is a 325-unit rental community that was developed as part of a 12-acre infill tract that was originally inhabited by 1970s-era townhomes. The site is split into four smaller sites with different product types to create a diverse community. Instead of overbuilding the site, a 1.5-acre central park was developed as a central piece of the overall community, with an oval shape that defined the form of the surrounding buildings. Two of the streets that surround the property were landscaped 60 years ago with beautiful oak trees, and building setbacks were increased to preserve this alleyway.
