Inner City Christian Federation designed a mixed-use, mixed-income, mixed-opportunity community that complements the transition from downtown to residential neighborhoods. Brick, stone, and cement-board siding, large windows, and high-quality finished interiors create beauty everyone loves. All buildings have a timeless aesthetic that feels traditional in scale, massing, and finish. Front porches, zero-lot-line multifamily buildings with transparent ground floors, and interconnected sidewalks create a neighborhood for pedestrians and single-family homes adjacent to 3-story apartment buildings which follow historic development patterns.
