Summer House

Summer House is part of a speculative project that encompasses an important estate property in the middle of an established community. Sited within Southampton’s estate district, it was important to give the property a feeling of solidity and permanence—as if it had been a residential area forever—so the towering hedgerow and hundreds of mature trees were essential. Summer House is a Creston smart residence complete with audio, visual, video surveillance, lighting and climate control capabilities.
