Virginia Elegance is an exquisitely detailed transitional home with a traditional style and contemporary feel, designed to feature endless lakefront views.
The architect created the custom spiral staircase to be a “wow” feature visible through the home’s oversized windows. Beginning in the home’s foyer, Calcutta and black marble are used as floor detail to pay homage to the home owner’s love of traditional design. Calcutta is also used in the kitchen as backsplash and custom hood, and in the master bath as flooring and floor-to-ceiling marble walls.
An incredible wine room positioned in the center of the home opens to the dining room, kitchen and living room. The wine room showcases a beautiful display cabinet, column wine cooler, and state-of-the art wine dispensing machine.
The three-story home includes many specialty rooms, including a children’s study room, office, game room, loft, exercise room, steam room, music room and home theater. The unique breakfast area extends toward the lake to offer sweeping views and opens to outdoor living.
