The 3,800-acre master-planned community blends residential, commercial, and recreational elements into a vibrant new city. Located in central Palm Beach County, Westlake includes multiple neighborhoods with single-family homes that feature open floor plans, indoor-outdoor living spaces, the latest technologies, and a host of premium included features.
Minto identified the need for attainable housing and designed the single-family homes in Westlake to be priced from the high $200s to the $500s, considered affordable by local standards and compared to the competition. The $15 million residents-only Westlake Adventure Park amenities complex includes a resort-style lagoon pool, tower waterslide, splash pad, poolside concessions, and bocce ball courts. Next door is a concert pavilion and expansive recreational lawn for concerts and events with shade pavilions, grills, and picnic area, plus an adventure playground and BMX pump park.
