Railway Flats boasts a suite of community and in-unit amenities, including an all-season indoor/outdoor pool, demonstration kitchen, unique gathering places, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washers and dryers. Eco-friendly native plantings are abundant, and the office is paperless to reduce the development’s carbon footprint.
Railway Flats partners with local businesses for events to nurture a strong sense of community. Continuing with community connections, local artists and nonprofit organizations contributed to the artwork in the Clubhouse, which provides an abstract nod to railways while maintaining an aesthetic of casual sophistication. And finally, innovation and technology are key elements in communal spaces, including the garage door that allows for year-round use of the pool, top-of-the-line fitness equipment and app-based solutions for resident payments, announcements and service requests.
Residents enjoy high-end living, leaving the demands of daily life behind as they step into their studio, one-, two- or three-bedroom apartment, or enjoy the expansive clubhouse featuring an indoor/outdoor pool, 24/7 fitness and movement studio, and ample spaces to work from home.
