Multifamily Spotlight: The Hadley

The Hadley is a 26-story apartment tower located in the heart of Atlanta’s Midtown neighborhood, with 300 luxury residences averaging 980 square feet. Situated between Tech Square—the area with the highest concentration of technology-oriented companies in the Southeast—and the historic St. Mark United Methodist Church, The Hadley sits in the business and cultural heart of the city.

At The Hadley, effortless elegance meets exceptional standards. The Hadley’s upscale studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom modern residences are perched above Midtown’s vibrant energy. Kitchens contain a built-in bar, dine-in island and gas range, and open to a spacious living room. Spa-grade bathrooms feature rainfall showers and expansive stone countertops.

In addition to The Hadley’s luxury finishes and amenities, the property focuses on cutting-edge technology offerings, including 30 electric vehicle charging stations and smart units. As residents enter The Hadley, the 24/7 concierge welcomes them into an elegant, double-volume lobby. Bronze portals carry residents into a refined hotel-style bar allowing them to mingle and foster community. Upstairs, the eighth-floor pool, surrounded by lush greenery, looks out over breathtaking views of both Midtown and downtown Atlanta.

Judges’ Comments | This design is very clean, classic, sophisticated. The exterior is well-executed—not too bust—and fits beautifully into the Atlanta skyline. You don’t see the timeless style of the interiors a lot in rentals, and there are lots of trim and details throughout.
