NAHB’s Design Committee looks forward to celebrating the winners of the Best in American Living Awards during the 40th Annual Awards Ceremony, which will be held during the International Builders’ Show (IBS) on Wed, Feb. 28, 5:30 – 9pm in the Las Vegas Convention Center.

During the ceremony, the award levels (Platinum, Gold or Silver) will be announced and the Best in Region and Of the Year winners will be unveiled. We will also honor four new BALA Hall of Fame inductees who have made significant contributions as housing industry thought leaders and/or influencers in the residential design and construction field.
As BALA is celebrating its significant 40-year milestone, past trends and award-winning projects will also be highlighted as we look forward to another 40+ years of recognizing and honoring those people and projects that continue to drive design creativity and innovation in residential construction.
