The judges of 1997 said that the attention to detail, livability, and functionality wowed them with a timeless quality. They decided to award the home Platinum in Best One-Of-A-Kind Custom Home, Up To & Including 4000 Square Feet, along with Home Of The Year 1997 and Best Of South Atlantic Region.
