Builders, architects, designers, consultants and others who have a single family, multifamily, community, remodeling, or interior design project that deserves recognition are invited to apply for a Best in American Living Awards (BALA). Whether it is a luxury design, move-up home or entry-level affordable project, if it demonstrates design innovation, creativity, great craftsmanship, and/or addresses unique challenges or site constraints, people should see it!
Luxury, high-end design can be beautiful and enviable, but so can smaller and more affordable designs. In fact, the 2021 Custom Home of the Year was from the 3,000 – 4,000 square foot home category. All good projects at all price points start with good design. If you have a design that is cost-effective, it may attract even more attention! Everyone is looking for ways to design residential projects on a budget, keep them affordable, and still have them look great. Tell your story and give your project a chance to be celebrated!
