Home of the Week: Citron at the Grove – Plan 2

This plan is designed to offer the ideal living arrangement for the 55+ buyer in just 1,839 sf. This front-facing home in a four- or six-home cluster has the front door to the main street and the garage entrance to the side, making for an expansive elevation that comes to life with movement and materials. From the front door, the eye can see through to the outdoor living area in the rear. A secondary bedroom and a den at the front create separation from the day-to-day living zone that spreads across the rear. The L-shaped great room/kitchen/dining area creates a distinct identity for each area without dividing them. A large kitchen island separates the spaces. Natural light fills the area from the abundant windows and a seamless transition between the dining and outdoor living area extends entertaining space.
