An anchor in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia, The Piazza changed hands from Kushner Companies to Post Brothers in 2016. Since then, it has undergone a complete transformation into 316 residential units, divided across multiple buildings: Navona, Liberties Walk, Erbe, and Montesino. Post revived both the complex and the neighborhood, creating connectivity through public spaces and walkways.
During Post’s gut renovation, these apartments were each boldly imagined with efficient layouts and various coveted design features — Brazilian oak hardwood floors, quartz countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, integrated lighting, private balconies, exposed beams and brick, and authentic, natural textures — all existing under the aesthetic of a traditional urban experience without sacrificing any modern amenities. These luxury amenities include: a full fitness center; The Cove at The Piazza, consisting of a private pool area with three pools surrounded by grottos, saunas, showers, hydro massage chairs and lush landscaping; and a 300-space private parking garage with EV and Tesla charging stations. Public amenities at The Piazza include a variety of ground-floor retailers; a central courtyard for socializing, dining, or working remotely; and a dog park.
