This five-story residential over two-story podium will be located in downtown Los Angeles’ thriving South Park neighborhood with a mix of demographics and income levels. Therefore, the Eden plans to include 12 units (5 percent) designated for very low income residents, and 47 units (20 percent) designated for workforce residents.
