Design Statement | This property’s proximity to downtown was perfect for the millennial home buyer. Working closely with the architect and merchandiser, the builder included features that would entice and engage: striking elevations with simple lines and industrial accents, neutral color palettes with bold pops of color, a two-car garage option, efficient use of space to allow for personalization, and a large master bedroom and walk-in closet.

Design Statement | Surrounded by popular landmarks, this luxury apartment community brings contemporary architecture to a major urban revitalization district. Featuring studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, this community offers open-concept plans with dynamic home comfort.
The building configuration consists of 340 corridor-loaded stacked flats of type III-A construction surrounding nine levels of concrete parking structure. The lower two parking levels are subterranean; seven levels are above-grade parking.
A posh pool deck and spa with an outdoor beer garden overlook the city and provide a lively oasis. The building’s architecture combines modern apartment living with numerous large community spaces throughout, designed to get residents gathering, relaxing, and building a sense of community. Designed from the ground up with the resident experience in mind, this new community delivers whimsical, yet luxurious California living.
