Design Statement | The Laguna model master suite balances a classic elegance with a Zen sensibility to create a uniquely designed luxurious space. The light-colored walls and soft sheer drapery in the master bedroom offer a serene backdrop for the dramatic floor-to-ceiling upholstered wall detail and unexpected pops of vibrant color as the contemporary botanical prints complement the exotic resort-inspired design.
The spacious master bath features rich custom cabinetry, high-end fixtures, and a secluded tub room. The freestanding, cast resin tub sits on a teak floor that continues up the wall, becoming a place for soaps, candles, and such, creating a spa-like experience.

Design Statement | A modern interpretation of the classic brownstone, the Bradley model at The Brownstones at Chevy Chase Lake features a spacious master suite that offers the convenience of two walk-in closets and a master bath with double vanities and custom-framed mirrors. A sitting area in the bedroom with angled walls and a fireplace creates a peaceful retreat and the neutral color scheme grounds the room in a laid-back, yet sophisticated style.
The light space is kept from feeling too cool and empty through emphasized details, such as gold-accented furniture and accessories. The oversized headboard makes a luxurious statement. This design creates a calming, serene space that doesn’t lack character or uniqueness.
