Remodeled into an open floor plan, this once-closed space is now filled with natural light, while kitchen and master-bath layout changes improved functionality and visual appeal. In addition to a complete style transformation, traffic flow, sight lines, functionality and work zones were significantly improved. The existing bathroom skylights now showcase the tub and shower areas, and clever storage for media equipment is hidden in the corner cabinet of the eating bar. Other key features include a waterfall countertop and eating bar, custom cabinetry, back-painted glass backsplash, enlarged windows in the kitchen and master bedroom, and an improved floor plan.
