Ironwood—Jade Plan

This large, rugged, contemporary, single-story plan has multiple outdoor spaces, including a covered side patio, rear loggias and private outdoor space off the master suite. Dramatically elevated ceilings and strategic window arrangements establish a bright and airy feel, while tri-fold glass doors open the home to the outdoors. There is also an optional multigenerational suite off the foyer, which offers buyers the ideal arrangement for aging parents. Built along a steep hillside, the site is designed to terrace naturally with the contours of the slope. Terraces of single-loaded streets were created, and each home is plotted so that owners can enjoy a direct view of the city lights.
