The owners wanted this home to appear as though each element was thoughtfully created from reclaimed or repurposed materials that were crafted by someone of many talents yet master of none. The home features reclaimed, 1800s red-wine barreled, redwood ceilings; varied wall heights throughout the home; and a green roof with fescue grasses above the garage. The home is a masterpiece of bespoke design elements that engaged the talents of many local contractors and artisans while incorporating sustainability, function and cost efficiency—all of which were driving forces behind the design and construction of the property.
