Vantis Apartments

Completing an ambitious master plan, this project brings connectivity to an indoor/outdoor lifestyle and represents the missing link in a mix of new offices, live-work units, and a hotel. The creation of an expansive public park between the project’s pool and the amenity deck of the adjacent hotel forges the recreational centerpiece of the master plan. The tiered site offered many design opportunities, from angled corner units pocketing public art and landscaping, to the Sky Lounge, capturing breathtaking valley and mountain views. Interior to the project, the Oasis pool deck flows into a mega cabana, leading to the discovery of an outdoor living room in an adjacent courtyard. The four- and five-story building surrounds a series of seven cascading courtyards, each uniquely programmed.
