Local planning policy encouraged a move toward contemporary architecture and nontraditional planning, which was originally a challenge but led to the project becoming a focal point in the city. Glass throughout the units creates open spaces, and second-floor living creates additional privacy for the units, especially along the main roads and yards. The entry connects to the common pool area, which is flanked by rear-loading townhomes. Hardscaping blends with the building color palettes, creating a warm tropical backdrop, and simulated wood veneer adds a distinctive feel.
