Pointe Royale

The master suite was conceived to be a spacious spa-like retreat. The challenge was to create oversized spaces, yet at the same time, bring them back to proper scale with materials and design appropriate for a residence. The second-floor master bedroom overlooks a large lanai with expansive lake views.

The master bath features two elongated vanities, two water closets, a super-spacious 24 x20 closet with a center island, and an extra-large 18×8 tiled wet area consisting of a soaking tub, elongated shower bench, and a shower area with multiple body sprays and a rainforest shower head. The flooring is Jewel Matrix  herringbone floors and Jewel Matrix  polished tiles with a classic gold Calacatta marble look. The oversized wet area for the floor for the shower and tub areas is a Bisazza Dark Water Mosaic to resemble the ocean floor.
