Everly at Playa Vista is a new community within walking distance of Yahoo’s new campus and in the heart of the new Silicon Valley South. These sleek designed homes feature flexible floor plans, private decks and modern-style kitchens with oversized islands which have been designed for the tech and creative professionals seeking homes in the area. The homes feature pre-wired Category 6 data wire, Wi-Fi thermostats and solar panels among the tech-forward amenities of the three-story residences.
