A refined yet modern home, this project was strategically crafted with the lifestyle of the owner’s young family in mind. From the wet bar that flows into the living room to the built-in bunk beds designed for the ultimate sleepover setup, every square foot had intention. Designed with adaptable spaces, it touts a spacious motor court, a one-of-a-kind pool, and a waterfall-edge outdoor kitchen.
With plenty of room for outdoor entertainment, the home was built with guest parking and a 600-sf outdoor entertainment area. Connecting the mesmerizing views of the back elevation to the interior is a Rehme window wall at the edge of the living room. Within the home, futuristic amenities including dual laundry rooms and built-in vacuums line the home.
