A custom-designed king bed, floating nightstands, and headboard with glazed sculptured tile frame around upholstered panels provide initial focus, but it is the view out the window walls that immediately seizes attention. The sink area provides additional views, whether looking out the window wall or reflections in the large mirrors or soaking in the free-standing tub.
Cabinetry is Afromosia exotic wood; its warm characteristics provide contrast. The walk-in shower, with low-maintenance, textured porcelain tile, presents an example of visual tactility; the waves in the wall bring memories of ocean water flowing toward the beach.
