When buyers of these three- and four-story luxury townhomes said they wished they could add an elevator in the future for aging in place, the design responded with the Major League plan and its optional elevator. The plan has been very successful, and nearly all buyers choose to have the elevator installed at construction.
The home and roof decks focus on views of the mountains and the adjacent lake. The fourth floor has an all-seasons Skyroom with large glass doors opening to two outdoor roof decks and hot tub. Other key features include a gourmet kitchen with butler’s pantry, a large deck adjacent to the kitchen for outdoor grilling, and a ground-floor office designed for working from home.
