The Procopio Companies designed Caldwell to be energy efficient and LEED Platinum Certified to promote the highest level of environmental accountability in the community and to provide homes as beautiful and welcoming as they are sustainable. Caldwell was completed in January 2021 and features 259 residential units and ground-floor retail space. It is the sole LEED Platinum Certified building in Lynn and the largest LEED Platinum project in New England. Individual ventilation systems in each apartment provide continuous fresh air to every space. The building was created with ultra-low emission paint, flooring, wood, and insulation.
Community features inlcude rooftop gardens filled with fresh local produce, an energy-saving automated parking system, complete with six electric car charging stations, and on-site solar production.
