Inspiration on the Drawing Board: Three Light

Three Light will be part of redevelopment plans for downtown Kansas City. The striking and distinctive interior architecture brings 3 Light’s Jazz Age elegance into the modern era. The marble and metal finishes throughout the amenities, paired with the building’s glass exterior, flood the interior with light, true to the tower’s name.

Featuring luxuriously airy amenities with breathtaking views of Kansas City below, 3 Light is intended for a sophisticated crowd with an appreciation for the arts and upscale tastes. A motif of brass instruments and cymbals accents several of the building building’s lounges, reflecting light and paying subtle homage to Kansas City’s storied place in the early jazz and blues scene of the 1920s.
