Inspired by its surroundings, every vantage from the sleek crystalline tower provides the most stunning oceanfront vistas that Sunny Isles Beach offers, including numerous miles of pristine white sand.
Its interiors embody opulence through the lens of Mr. Armani, with every aspect executed by his award-winning design studio and world leader in luxury furnishings, Armani/Casa. Armani’s sophisticated aesthetic was symbolically—and in most instances—literally transported from Italy into the building for residents and their guests to enjoy.
The exclusive stylings begin in the lobby, where silk-encased walls with a tropical palm print inlay surround a million-dollar, bespoke gold sofa. Onyx, accented by white-gold leaf and bronzed trimmings, lines the building’s walls and corridors as well as custom-made slabs of Siena silver travertine and Brazilian emerald quartzite. Nearly every surface of the building is rounded and curved to complement the subtle and organic movements of the ocean that lies before it.
This attention to detail continues in the residences themselves, which were precisely envisioned as “mansions in the sky.” The units place an emphasis on light and serenity, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Atlantic Ocean and expansive terraces with glass railings that can make one feel as if floating above the ocean.
