Register Now For The Virtual Green Home Tour Series

Home Performance Counts, the joint educational initiative between NAHB and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), kicks off a Virtual Green Home Tour Series on April 22 at 3 p.m. ET. The series will provide home-building professionals interested in green building and high-performance homes with an inside look into these homes across the country and how they come together.

Date: April 22, 2021 and every Third Thursday after of each month of 2021
Time: 3:00-3:45 PM ET
Cost: FREE

In addition to showcasing homes, builders, real estate agents and others will discuss how housing industry professionals can work together to increase sales and provide added value to consumers.

The Earth Day kickoff of the series features Robinhood by Red Tree Builders. Red Tree Builders Owner and President Brandon Bryant, current chairman of the NAHB Sustainability & Green Building Subcommittee and recent recipient of a 2020 Best in American Living Award, will take viewers through Robinhood — one of his artfully crafted, mindfully built high-performance homes in the mountains near Asheville, N.C. Bryant will be joined by Kelly Erin-Spinney of Modern Asheville Real Estate to discuss tips on how to talk to customers about high performance and how to realize the high-performance value of a build in the sale. Bryant and Erin-Spinney will host a live question-and-answer session immediately after the tour.

The Home Performance Counts joint initiative is designed to help members of NAHB and NAR work together and succeed in the rapidly growing marketplace for high-performance homes.

What better way to celebrate Earth Day this year than virtually touring a green home?
