The Cypress is part of Nexton, a new masterplanned community built upon New Urbanism principles, technology, efficiency, and environmental responsibility; it is South Carolina’s first high-speed gigabit community.
Nexton is a modern, walkable community with over 2,000 acres of parks, a 50-plus mile trail network, and the new Nexton elementary school. The Town Square has a mix of office, shops, restaurants and hotels within walking distance of the homes. The Cypress is adjacent to the pocket park and showcases architectural style and interior details.
For Phase One of the community, 505Design designed new-to-market homes for Saussy Burbank along with the residential sales signage program. The home styles designed specifically for Nexton reflect the South Carolina Low Country Vernacular with a fresh and modern twist, evocative of the Nexton lifestyle.
