Located in Palm Springs, single-family production homes like Vermillion at Escena, Plans 1 and 3 interpret the mid-century modern vernacular in a way that adapts to a production environment while staying true to important design details.
The geometric lines of the house are regular and rigorous, with the gabled roof common to modern ranch-style houses. Sliding-glass doors and other expansive panes of glass allow light to enter rooms from multiple angles, and rooms have multiple outdoor views or multiple access points that encourage an appreciation of healthy living.
