Summit Vista of Scottsdale, Ariz. is our Home of the Week! This Spanish Colonial sits on one of the highest lots in north Scottsdale, and of paramount importance was showcasing the city lights and mountain views from every window.
An attached casita and two secondary bedrooms as well as a second family room were included in the plan’s walk-out basement floor below. Spacious patios with pocket doors that completely open to the outdoors and built-in BBQs on both levels allow the homeowner ample indoor and outdoor entertaining options.
