The New American Home

With more than 75,000 likely attendees visiting 1,700+ exhibitors at the 2015 NAHB International Builders Show (IBS) and the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Las Vegas, the amount of products available to see and sample are practically mind-boggling.

But it’s well worth taking a good look around–last year, 95% of attendees say they discovered new products at IBS. But where should you start? Luckily, BUILDER Magazine offers a great preview of what they predict to be this year’s showstoppers.

Here are some quick highlights:

The New American Home
NAHB’s show home is dedicated to cutting-edge efficiency, technology and sustainability, all set in a contemporary-style home with a stunning desert view. Visitors will have a chance to see its systems and technologies at work, not to mention the latest in design and décor. Features of the four-bedroom, 5,981 square foot home include an entertainment loft, rooftop solar array, intelligent fireplaces and universal design from suppliers like Bosch, Kohler and JELD-WEN.
